Shipping during Covid-19

We want to let our customers know that besides the possibility of some unexpected delays in the delivery of orders, it’s business as usual when it comes to online shopping at Pampa. We are keeping a close eye on updates from our delivery partners and will keep you informed of any notable changes.

The vast majority of Pampa online orders are dispatched using the services of Australia Post. Click here for their advice and updates on potential country specific delays. As of the 27th of March, 2020, there are currently no noted delays for shipping domestically within Australia, however some international deliveries may take longer than usual.
