Shipping during Covid-19 and holiday season

We want to let our customers know that besides the possibility of some delays in the delivery of orders, it’s business as usual when it comes to online shopping at Pampa. We are keeping a close eye on updates from our delivery partners and will keep you informed of any notable changes.

The vast majority of Pampa online orders are dispatched using the services of Australia Post. There are currently some delays for shipping domestically within Australia, https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus/coronavirus-domestic-updates however these should not be any longer than just a few days.
Due to current delays, international orders will be upgraded to Express Shipping at Standard Shipping prices to assist with quicker delivery.
