Description + -
The Porteño Collection has travelled from urban Buenos Aires, where immigrant women from rural South America come together to form weaving collectives. Inspired by the multiculturalism and flow of ideas in Argentina’s biggest city, they often incorporate more modern designs and techniques into their products.
Porteño cushions come with enviro-friendly fibre inserts that look, feel and perform the same way as high-grade poly fibre, but are 100% recycled.
When you purchase a Porteño cushion, you’re helping Pampa trace the map that connects Argentina’s talented artisans with the global community.
*Please note: The wool within our Porteño cushions are woven from 100% natural sheep's wool and hand dyed. These cushions have a simple natural fabric backing. Whilst we do our best to represent the colour accurately, wool is a raw fibre so please expect slight variations in gradient and tone.
